This Privacy Policy explains how Wayne Reaves Computer Systems, Inc., d/b/a Wayne Reaves Software ("Wayne Reaves," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://wrtest.cmorecars.com (the "Site") or otherwise contact us. It does not apply to information you provide inside our software products, which is governed by your customer agreement, or to third-party websites we link to. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a form (such as a demo, quote, or support request) or contact us by phone or email, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, dealership or business name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and any message you include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect limited usage data — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages — through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools. Analytics technologies load only after you consent, as described under Cookies & Analytics below.

Over the past 12 months, depending on how you interact with the Site, we may have collected the following categories of personal information (using the categories defined under California law):

We use essential cookies that are required for the Site to function. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) that help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. Analytics do not run, and no information is loaded from or shared with these third-party analytics providers, until you choose Accept analytics in our cookie banner. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels, and we do not use cookies to sell or share your personal information or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can grant, decline, or withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of every page. Your choice is saved on your device, and you can change it whenever you like. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the GPC signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC opt-out signal, we automatically treat it as a decline of analytics cookies unless you have made a different choice on this Site. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no separate opt-out is required, but we treat a GPC signal as an opt-out of any such activity.

Do Not Track. Apart from GPC as described above, the Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common industry standard for them has been adopted.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when sending sensitive information to us by email.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

U.S.-Based Processing

The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States.
