Getting started
- Contact TextBox to create an account and get an API key.
- In ProDMS, go to Utilities → Partners & Integrations → Texting Providers.
- Select TextBox, paste your API key, add your phone numbers and save.
- Customize your templates in the Communication Center — and start texting.
Note: TextBox requires a separate paid subscription. Set up your TextBox account first, then connect it in ProDMS.
